Lead Marine Coordinator @ Thor Windfarm 

In my previous role as a Marine Coordinator in the North Sea &  Baltic Sea, I had the exciting task of monitoring ship movements and ensuring smooth operations. I was responsible for implementation permits, certificate monitoring, and efficient communication between authorities and project teams. Additionally, I have extensive experience as a risk and security advisor, particularly as a Test Manager for drone deployment and surveillance.

Yacht Service Manager and Business Development Manager

Previously, I worked as a Yacht Service Manager, where I interacted daily with owners, captains, and agencies worldwide. As a Business Development Manager at USIC GmbH, I developed innovative solutions for the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure, including drone applications in the maritime on- and offshore sectors.

Experienced Captain and Project Manager

My maritime experience as a captain on a passenger transport vessel for the offshore wind energy sector allowed me to manage vessel traffic monitoring and issue implementation permits. As a project manager, I implemented ISO 9001 certification and led technical order processing at shipyards.

Skills and Objectives

Compactness, efficiency, success, and safety have always been my goals. As a captain, my responsibility was the safe passage of the vessel and the satisfaction of owners, guests, and crews. As a project manager, I further developed my skills in technical order processing, planning, and quality control.

With my comprehensive experience and in-depth knowledge, I am available to help identify specific challenges and develop tailored solutions. Terms like flexibility, commitment, and entrepreneurial thinking are not foreign to me but are fundamental principles of my approach.
